My Kitchen Library

Over the past 15 years or so I've been building up a kitchen library. Even though I am increasingly using the web to find recipes as well as following links from Twitter, Facebook, and various chefs, professional and home, for whom I have a great deal of respect, I find that nothing will ever replace cookbooks as a indispensable cooking resource.

I'll be adding to this over time as there are so many books to list. If there's a title missing here that you think I would enjoy and find useful, please add them to comments here.
