My Kitchen Library

Over the past 15 years or so I've been building up a kitchen library. Even though I am increasingly using the web to find recipes as well as following links from Twitter, Facebook, and various chefs, professional and home, for whom I have a great deal of respect, I find that nothing will ever replace cookbooks as a indispensable cooking resource.
